We do ask that you call prior to your arrival, if possible. Calling ahead and letting us know you are coming gives our team a chance to prepare for the emergency your pet is facing.

Please be aware that there is a consultation fee associated with this service. They will provide you with a case number that can be referenced if your pet requires emergency treatment from a veterinarian.
